General:

• All of our staff will perform self testing with HSA approved ART kit at least once a week.

• We will produce the test results as evidence upon request.

• Mask must be worn at all times.

• Voice talents can remove their masks in the vocal booth during recording.

• Voice talents will need to provide negative rapid antigen test (ART) result 1 day before recording.

• Anyone with temperature above 37.5ºC will not be allowed in the studio.

• Safety distance of at least 1 metre must be observed at all times.

• Visitor must not have been in contact with someone who is a confirmed Covid-19 case.

• NEA recommended air purification device are deployed in all our control rooms and vocal booths.

Recording:

• Masks and sanitisers are available for all employees & visitors in every workstation and vocal booth.

• Sanitisation of all equipments, keyboards, mouse, headphones, pop filters and microphones are performed before and after each session, and in between each users.

• Vocal booths, control rooms and office admin area are sprayed with disinfectant at the start of the day, before and after each session, and at the end of the day.

• Voice talents are advised to bring their own drinking water, headphones and pop filter.

• In order to minimise contact, clients are advised to dial in for session via Source Connect, Skype, Hangout & etc...

Audio Review & Presentation:

• In order to minimise contact, clients are advised to conduct remote reviews.

• If not possible, only essential personnel should attend the audio presentation in the studio. Social distancing must be observed at all times.
